Formulate the company's early-stage R&D strategy, and lead the discovery of new targets and the layout of drug pipelines in the fields of oncology and metabolism.
Be in charge of the Drug Discovery Department, and take responsibility for team management and development.
Coordinate the technical management of biopharmaceutical R&D, covering the optimization of antibody discovery platforms, process research of recombinant expression systems (CHO/microorganism), protein purification and characterization, and the development of in vitro and in vivo activity assays.
Participate in the project initiation research, decision-making and project management of innovative biopharmaceuticals.
Participate in the out-licensing cooperation of products, and review domestic and overseas IND application documents.
Doctoral degree, with more than 10 years of experience in biopharmaceutical development, and pharmaceutical enterprise background is preferred.
Possess more than 3 years of overseas research experience in biopharmaceuticals.
Proficiency in at least two of the following professional skills:(1) High-throughput antibody discovery and translation: Having led the research of >3 candidate molecules from screening to preclinical stage.(2) Mammalian cell expression system and stable transfection process.(3) In-depth antibody characterization, developability assessment and engineering optimization.(4) Experience in AI-driven design.(5) Antibody immunogenicity risk management, establishment of immunogenicity prediction models and guidance of humanization modification.
Excellent leadership and management capabilities, outstanding cross-departmental collaboration capabilities and external cooperation management skills.
Fluent in English, capable of reviewing application documents and drafting high-level patents.
