According to the relevant provisions of the “Company Law” and the Articles of Association of Doer Biologics, we held a shareholder meeting on July 30, 2016. The meeting approved the increase of registered capital of RMB 20 million. Doer Biologics is now registered capital of 30.01 million RMB.
